SBD week 1, phase 1
I finished my 1st week on phase 1 and my official weight loss during the first week is..... (drum roll please).... 11.2 pounds!!! This diet is way easy and I am really enjoying it! It seems totally effortless and the weight is literally falling off. I am excited to finish up my second week of phase 1 this week and move into phase 2 next Monday. I know the weight loss will slow down as I enter phase 2, but I can also eat a few of the things that I have been missing, not to excess of course. I go back to the doctor next week for a follow up and to have my blood levels re-tested.

Laura, I wanted to tell you that my friend Tracy has the same problem with her feet, and she told me the best thing she should have done was the stretching exercises that no one told her until her feet got REALLY bad. The other thing she has started doing is wrapping her feet with duct tape. I think she wraps it around the arch to hold it up....let me know if you're interested, and I'll get you her phone number & e-mail address & you can get the scoop. Congrats on your SBD success--that rocks!
Laura that is fantastic! Keep up the good work. I'm hoping your test results come back good. Diabetes runs in my family and I am at the age too. I've had a few scares so far but it all turned ou OK.
