SBD day 4
I started the diet on Monday. And I weighed in this morning when I woke up. I am down 6.5 pounds in the first 3 days!!!! WTG SBD!!!! The diet is getting much easier each day. I am not craving the carbs as bad, in fact, I am finding that I love all the veggies that I get to eat each day. My workout coach (Logan) is top notch and we have clocked in 30 minutes each night. He is so stinking cute... I showed him how to "power walk" and now he tells me that I have to swing my arms really high like him. It is pretty funny to see a 5 year old power walking down the street. On Tuesday night he lagged behind me a little bit and said, "MOM! I think that your ba-donk-a-donk is turning into a ba-dink-a-dink!". LOL!!!! Logan has also discovered that he really likes grilled/broiled fish. He actually asked for fish for lunch on Tuesday instead of his normal chicken nuggets. WTG Logan! It seems like the whole family is getting a little healthier. I need to continue to lead by example to keep the good habits up.

Congratulations on your first 1/2 week with the SBD. I'm so glad that it's going so well. Makes the suffering worth it! Anyway, I read your previous post, and have to say, you can do it! You can turn those results from the doctor around. Good luck, and you're always my inspiration!
