SBD week 5, phase 2
OK Renee... I have lost 18.6 pounds now! LOL! I really try to just weigh myself once per week (it is hard not to get on the scale each morning). I have changed my "weigh in day" from Monday to Saturday because I always went to my WW meetings on Sat morning and it seems more normal for me to weigh in on Saturday morning. Hoping to hit that 20 pound mark by Saturday but I am seriously doubting that will happen with Thanksgiving this week. I am really going to try to avoid that stuffing no matter how good it looks!

Woo, hoo, once again. I think I am going to have to give this SBD a serious try. I'm just so scared (seriously) about giving up the carbs, even for a couple of weeks! I did a low-carb diet in the past (which worked great), but after I fell off the wagon I could never seem to get back on it!
