SBD week 3, phase 2

I started adding the "good carbs" back in this week. Whole grain bread and just a bit of whole wheat pasta. I also got some SBD cereal bars at the store for snacks on the go, they are really good! Have not had any fruit yet - I am not really missing it right now. My weight loss is at 15.5 pounds now. I may gain just a bit this week from adding back in some carbs... not sure yet, but if I do I am OK with that. I am still loving this diet and finding it very easy to stick with.

Woo-hoo, Laura! That is soooo awesome! You make me want to hop on the SBD wagon! I'm rooting for you, in fact, I checked your blog a couple of time earlier this week to see if you'd posted your results yet! Keep up the awesome progress.
